About SLU-PP-332
SLU-PP-332 is an ERR agonist: it activates the estrogen-related receptors, a family of transcription factors that exercise itself switches on. Downstream of that are mitochondrial biogenesis, fat oxidation and endurance — which is why the early research generated headlines about a compound that reproduces the metabolic benefits of training.
The honest version is narrower. What the research shows is activation of the same pathway, with measurable effects on mitochondrial activity and fat oxidation in animal models. It does not build the musculoskeletal adaptations, cardiovascular capacity or anything else training gives you. It is one of the newest compounds in the catalogue and its literature is correspondingly thin compared to something like GHK-Cu.
