CJC-1295 with DAC provides a sustained GH baseline lasting 6 to 8 days per injection. GHRP-2 amplifies natural GH pulses with minimal appetite stimulation. At the Premium tier, IGF-1 LR3 converts elevated GH into direct anabolic signalling at the muscle, completing the GH axis protocol for experienced users.

Entry and Mid tiers are well-tolerated. The Premium tier is designed for experienced users and combines multiple GH-axis compounds simultaneously. Bloodwork prior to starting the Premium tier is strongly recommended.

Usage Advisory

The Premium tier combines CJC-1295 DAC and GHRP-2 with direct IGF-1 LR3, stimulating the GH/IGF-1 axis from multiple angles simultaneously. This is the most complex configuration in the range, and the three compounds have not been studied in combination. An IGF-1 baseline blood test is strongly advised. Anyone with a history of cancer, unscreened tumours or uncontrolled blood sugar should not consider the Premium tier.

Month 1 (fat phase): HGH Fragment 176-191 targets fat cells specifically without systemic GH effects. Ipamorelin adds a clean GH pulse with minimal side effects. Month 2 (anabolic phase): Once the substrate is leaner, IGF-1 LR3 and CJC-1295 DAC drive direct muscle anabolism on the improved body composition foundation.

Safety Note

The phased structure is what makes this protocol safe. Fat-burning and anabolic components are run sequentially rather than simultaneously, eliminating potential hormonal or glucose conflicts between phases.

The GLP-1 receptor agonist suppresses appetite and improves insulin sensitivity at the hormonal level. AOD-9604 directly stimulates lipolysis in adipose tissue at the cellular level. L-Carnitine shuttles released fatty acids into mitochondria for energy, ensuring freed fat is burned rather than redeposited.

Entry and Mid tiers are safe for healthy adults. The Premium tier includes Tesamorelin alongside a triple GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon agonist (Retatrutide), which requires medical clearance for individuals with blood sugar conditions.

Usage Advisory

The Premium tier combines Retatrutide (which lowers blood glucose) with Tesamorelin (which raises GH and can elevate blood glucose). For individuals with diabetes, insulin resistance, or on blood sugar medication, this combination may produce unpredictable glucose fluctuations and medical supervision is required before use. Healthy individuals without blood sugar concerns can use this protocol safely.

Month 1 to 2 (fat loss phase): GLP-1 agonist drives significant fat reduction, with AOD-9604 enhancing lipolysis at the cellular level. Month 3 onwards (skin phase): GHK-Cu triggers collagen synthesis and dermal remodelling to address loose skin from rapid fat loss. AHK-Cu adds scalp and follicle recovery, while BPC-157 repairs the connective tissue layer beneath.
