The Shred Protocol

GLP-1 amplified with full metabolic fat-burning support

Caution
Weight LossSimultaneous

The GLP-1 receptor agonist suppresses appetite and improves insulin sensitivity at the hormonal level. AOD-9604 directly stimulates lipolysis in adipose tissue at the cellular level. L-Carnitine shuttles released fatty acids into mitochondria for energy, ensuring freed fat is burned rather than redeposited.

Safety Note

Entry and Mid tiers are safe for healthy adults. The Premium tier includes Tesamorelin alongside a triple GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon agonist (Retatrutide), which requires medical clearance for individuals with blood sugar conditions.

Usage Advisory

The Premium tier combines Retatrutide (which lowers blood glucose) with Tesamorelin (which raises GH and can elevate blood glucose). For individuals with diabetes, insulin resistance, or on blood sugar medication, this combination may produce unpredictable glucose fluctuations and medical supervision is required before use. Healthy individuals without blood sugar concerns can use this protocol safely.

Contraindications — Do Not Use If:

Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes or insulin resistance, especially on the Premium tier. Medical supervision required.

Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome. GLP-1 agonists are contraindicated.

History of pancreatitis.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Under 18 years of age.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding. None of the stacks in this guide have been evaluated for safety during pregnancy.

Under 18 years of age. Not suitable for minors.

Active cancer or personal history of cancer. Consult an oncologist before using any GH-stimulating, telomerase-activating, or immune-modulating peptides.

Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes on medication. GH secretagogues and GLP-1 agonists affect blood glucose; medical supervision is required.

Immunosuppressant medications. Thymosin Alpha-1, Thymalin, and Epithalon actively stimulate immune function and may counteract immunosuppressive therapy.

Wilson's disease or copper metabolism disorders. GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu are contraindicated.

Medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome. GLP-1 receptor agonists are contraindicated.

History of pancreatitis. GLP-1 receptor agonists carry a risk of pancreatitis.

Athletes subject to WADA anti-doping testing. TB-500, GH secretagogues, and HGH Somatropin are all prohibited substances.
