About Cagrilintide
Cagrilintide is a long-acting analogue of amylin, a hormone secreted with insulin that signals satiety through a different route from GLP-1. That difference is the entire reason it exists as a product: because the pathways are separate, the effects add rather than overlap, and the combination of cagrilintide with semaglutide has been the most closely watched pairing in obesity research for several years.
Sold on its own, it is most often bought by people already running a GLP-1 who have reached a plateau. The combination product — cagrisema — is in the catalogue as its own line, but the separate vial gives you control over the ratio, which is why a lot of protocols use it this way instead.

Reconstitution and storage
The 5mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives 2.5mg/mL. Cagrilintide is long-acting, with a half-life of about a week. Unopened vials are stable at room temperature in transit but belong in a fridge once they arrive, and out of a parked car in a Highveld summer.
